Traditional Meets Modern
The Courtyard Downtown features a unique combination of indoor and outdoor event spaces, ensuring we have something for every occasion. Our largest hall can accommodate up to 285 guests, while our smallest can hold up to 50. Every package is fully customizable, allowing you to add or remove whatever extras you’d like. Each package includes tables, chairs, setup, breakdown, and post event cleanup. As well as a dedicated Event Manager who will assist with keeping your details in order, and can help with things like making a floor plan, timeline, or finding vendors. We also allow you to bring in your own food, drinks, and vendors. There are plenty of venues to choose from, but only a few like us - our rates are affordable and our packages are all-inclusive. The Ross Hall
This is the largest space on property. The Ross Hall grabs your attention from the moment you walk in with its stunning high ceilings and minimalist interior. The Ross’s neutral color scheme is great for decorating, as you don’t need to worry about your color scheme clashing with the room. The Ross Hall features a full caterer’s kitchen, attached reception lobby, full parking lot, dual restrooms, a backroom, and accommodation for up to 285 guests. The Ross Hall is great for any large celebration or Wedding.

The Smith Hall
The Smith Hall is perfect if you’re looking to have a smaller event. This space can accommodate up to 50 guests seated, or up to 75 with limited seating. The Smith Hall features an attached caterer’s kitchen, and is just a few steps away from our signature courtyard. This space is great for events like birthday parties, Sweet 16’s, and businesses meetings.

The Courtyard
The courtyard is our property’s hidden gem. This space can be used for anything from an intimate ceremony, to an outdoor cocktail hour, or a reception under the stars. Isolated by beautiful vine covered walls, and flanked by the church on the south side, you really can’t find another space like this in the area. The courtyard can accommodate up to 120 guests seated, or up to 200 standing, and is covered overhead by beautiful string lights.

The Church
St. Mary’s Episcopal Church is the perfect place to say “I Do”. The interior walls are lined on both sides with ornate stained-glass windows, and the back features a set of large double doors (perfect for a grand entrance). This gorgeous church can seat up to 200 guests at once, and has a built in AV system for music and microphone use. Upgrade your experience by hiring our in-house organist/ pianist, or opt into the Live Streaming to display your ceremony to out-of-town friends and family.
