Located in beautiful Stuart Florida, The Courtyard Downtown is one of the area’s most attractive wedding venues. The Courtyard’s unique combination of indoor and outdoor spaces allows you to create your perfect day in a way that works for you. We offer three distinct event spaces - the largest holding up to 285 guests and the smallest holding up to 50.
In addition to our Banquet Halls, our property boasts a stunning string-lit courtyard (great for an outdoor ceremony or cocktail party), enchanting vine covered walkways, and a gorgeous stained-glass church. Whether you’re having a small engagement with your closest friends and family, or an all out party to celebrate the best day of your life, our dedicated event staff have the expertise to help make your celebration perfect.
“Traditional Meets Modern”
While The Courtyard is located on the same property as St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, we don’t have any restrictions that would prevent anyone from celebrating with us. However, in order to have a Ceremony with us, you do need to go through a simple approval process. Our event spaces are located in separate buildings from our church, and alcohol is permitted on property.

All Day Rentals
We want to make your day easy. Our event spaces include 10-12 hours of rental time. You can split this however you’d like between setup, breakdown, and event time.
Banquet Manager
Every rental includes a dedicated Event Manager to assist with certain aspects of your planning. Like creating a floor plan, creating a timeline, or helping with the vendor search.
Approved Vendor List
After years in the industry we’ve curated a list of the best local vendors for all event services. These vendors are preapproved, and are very familiar with our property.

Whether you’re planning a wedding, an intimate dinner party, or a large celebration with friends, we have the spaces and packages for all budgets.
Options for All Sizes
No event is too big, or too small. Our largest event space can accommodate up to 285 guests, and our smallest space can accommodate up to 75 guests.
